REGISTRATION FOR SWIMMING CLASSES

I am in the process of setting up Pay-Pal on www.fluidlifeyoga.com. In the meantime, please call me to reserve your place in the class and please bring your course fee on January 14.

The goal is to continue steady, accurate practice with little ones and take advantage of the possibility to practice in winter in the pool and then in the ocean in good weather and again in the summer to enjoy beautiful nature.

Directions to Secret Falls Retreat: 5663 Ohelo Road/ Kapaa, HI 96746. It is located on the Wailua River rim, just above Opaekaa Falls. It is two miles up Kuamo‘o Road at the south end of Kapaa.
